Sažetak

Sažetak. Opstetricija je struka najvišeg rizika i često hitnih nepredvidivih stanja koja sa sobom nose brojne stručne, jurističke i moralne posljedice. Forenzička opstetricija temelji se na načelima dobre kliničke prakse – smjernicama suvremene opstetricije (state of the art) i etičko-deontoloških načela uzimajući u obzir sve subjekte u tijeku forenzičke ekspertize. Najčešći problemi medicinskih ekspertiza u opstetriciji jesu perinatalna hipoksija, prematuritet, distocija ramena, nepotrebna medikacija, porod nakon prethodnog carskog reza, porod u stavu zatkom, porod carskim rezom i carski rez na želju. Posebno se razmatra i odnos porodničar-primalja.
