Summary

Summary. Kidney transplantation is the most efficient treatment in patients with end-stage renal disease. Transplantation in patients with urinary diversion is an effective treatment for patients with chronic renal insufficiency and abnormal lower urinary tract. Graft and patient survival is comparable to that with classical ureterovesical anastomosis. We present one patient with urinary diversion (ileum conduit) who was successfully transplanted in our center two years ago.
